Everything you need to know about order processing, delivery times, and shipping policies.

Delivery Timeline

Processing Time

After payment verification, orders take 1–2 business days to process and ship. Tracking numbers take 2–4 days to begin updating. This does not include weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

Standard international delivery is approximately 8–14 business days. Delays may occur due to customs processing in some countries. All packages are trackable once scanned by the post.

Note: Purchases made after 12 AM PST are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12 AM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order dispatches.

Import Duties & Taxes

Your country may charge import duties or taxes on international shipments. These fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer. CADISEN is not responsible for these charges, nor can we predict whether your order will be subject to import duties.

Please consult your local customs office for more information on your country's import policies.

Liability & Claims

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has dispatched, Cadisen Watch is not responsible for any losses or damages during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and contact the local courier.

Replacements & Refunds: We will assist in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is successfully returned.

Delivery Estimates: These times are based on courier averages and cannot be guaranteed. International delivery depends on customs efficiency in the destination country.
