SHIPPING & DELIVERY

After your payment is verified, it may take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order & tracking may take from 2-4 days to begin updating. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12 AM PST will be processed the next business day. If you order after 12 AM PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has dispatched from our warehouse.

Standard shipping time on international orders is approx. 8-14 business days*. Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries.

Import duties

Your country may charge you import duties. Please note that CADISEN is not responsible for those charges, nor can we predict if your order will be subject to import duties. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

*These delivery times are based on average estimates provided by the courier and we cannot guarantee delivery time. For international orders, delivery times will depend on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they scanned by the post. Once your order has dispatched, Cadisen Watch is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the ePacket Postal Service or your local courier, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but unluckily, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the items returned successfully.
